To underscore fifty years of criminological development, the Société de criminologie du Québec and the Canadian Criminal Justice Association have chosen to form a cooperative venture in order to make this a pan-Canadian collaborative congress that is also open to the international community. In this context, the Société de criminologie du Québec will celebrate its 50 years of existence. The site chosen for the Congress as well as the historical context surrounding it will make this a memorable event to which you are invited to participate to present your research findings, your intervention strategies, your initiatives towards offenders, young and adult, towards victims, and in the field of application and elaboration of criminal justice policy, as well as in the area of crime prevention.
